No. Voyagy is a comparison site. We show you fares from partner travel agencies and airlines, and when you choose one we send you to their website to book and pay.

The partner you book with issues your e-ticket and sends it to you by email, usually within a few hours of payment.

Fares change quickly as seats sell. We refresh prices often, but the partner's site always shows the final price before you pay. If the difference is large, let us know and we'll check with the partner.

Yes. Enter the traveller's name exactly as it appears on their passport when you book with the partner.

Every fare is shown in British pounds (GBP) and includes the taxes and fees the partner told us about. Optional extras such as seat selection or extra bags may cost more.

Payment happens on the partner's site. Most accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and bank transfer; some offer local wallets and instalments.

No. Searching and comparing is free. Partners pay us a small commission when you book, which never changes the price you pay.

Contact the partner you booked with. They hold your booking and can change dates, names or cancel it according to the fare rules.

If the airline cancels, you are usually entitled to a refund or a free change. Your partner agency will arrange it with the airline.

Yes. Write to us with your booking reference and we'll raise it with the partner directly.

No. An account lets you save routes, keep your recent searches and set price alerts.

Choose a route and we'll email you when the cheapest fare changes. One email per change, and you can switch alerts off at any time.

Go to My account → Settings and choose Delete account. Your saved routes and alerts are removed straight away.

It depends on your passport and destination. Check the embassy website before you book. Some partners also offer visa services for popular destinations such as the UAE, the UK and Schengen countries.

Each flight card shows its cabin and checked baggage. Budget fares may include cabin baggage only, so compare the total cost if you need a checked bag.

Voyagy compares flights only, but some partners also sell packages — including Umrah and Hajj trips with hotels and visas. Search your route, then look for the package option on the partner's site.
