Privacy policy

Voyagy is a flight comparison website. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, why, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Searches you make: airports, dates, number of travellers and cabin.
• Account details if you sign up: first and last name, email and mobile number.
• Price alerts and saved routes you create.
• Technical data such as browser type, device and approximate location (city level) from your IP address.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

We never collect or store payment card details. Payments happen on our partners' websites.

• To show flight prices and remember your recent searches.
• To send price alerts and, if you agree, deal emails.
• To reply to your messages and help with problems involving a partner.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

When you click “Go to site”, we pass your search (route, dates, travellers) to that partner so they can show you the same flight. We do not pass your name, email or phone number unless you ask us to help with a booking problem. Once you are on a partner's site, their own privacy policy applies.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your settings, and analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. Partners may set a cookie when you click through so they can tell us a booking came from Voyagy. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

You can at any time:

• See and edit your profile in My account.
• Turn off emails from the link in any email or in Settings.
• Delete your account and all data linked to it from Settings.
• Ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.

Recent searches are kept for 12 months. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact form messages are kept for 24 months so we can follow up on complaints.
