Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Voyagy. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Voyagy is a comparison service. We show flight prices offered by partner travel agencies and airlines. We are not a travel agent, we do not sell tickets, and we are not a party to any booking you make.

Your contract for a flight is with the partner you book with, and their terms and the airline's fare rules apply.

• Prices come from our partners and change often. The price on the partner's site is the one that applies.
• Prices are shown in British pounds and include taxes the partner has told us about.
• Optional extras such as bags, seats or meals may cost more.
• We try to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We may suspend accounts that are used to misuse the service.

• Don't scrape, copy or resell our content or prices without written permission.
• Don't try to disrupt the website or access it in ways we haven't allowed.
• Don't use the contact form to send spam or abusive messages.

Because we don't sell flights, we are not responsible for a partner's or airline's service, including cancellations, delays, refunds or lost baggage. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. Questions? See our FAQ or contact us.
